unable to login in titanium

hi, i've got a big problem with titanium login. When i open titanium, i logged in normaly, but, if i try to create a new project, it shows me that i'm not logged in. I search in the forum and i find that maybe i have to login directly from the prompt. I write the "TITIANIUM LOGIN" code and i insert my credential, but the console shows me this error:

Moreover, i've got the CLI and Node upgrade, but if i try to upgrade, titanium shows me an error that say to open the "viewLogFile" that contain this code:
