unable to update nodeJS and CLI

Hello

I'm not able to update nodeJs and CLI in titanium studio. When I update it, got NPM is not installed error. Even I tried from command line but getting another issue Cannot find module '/usr/local/lib/node_modules/npm/bin/node_modules/npm/bin/npm-cli.js'. Also I have changed the permission for usr/local folder but still no luck.

I have latest titanium studio version.
